With your authorization, Express Pool Care can automatically charge your credit card for monthly recurring payments. * An itemized receipt will be emailed for extra treatment, parts or service.

The charge will be made on the following dates: 1st for monthly service or 10th for following month's service of each month . (1st will be chosen if left blank)

Express Pool Care will send an electronic receipt to the provided email issued from the customer.

Thirty days' notice is required prior to cancellation.
